文章深入研究了绳索作业时下井器具的纵向振动位移的理论计算,提出了两种理论计算公式,其中,按质量连续分布的弹性体法,结果与实测数据较接近,相差15~17%。文章提出了两种提高下井器具位置精度的建议,即加设伺服控制变量泵法和在绳索系统中装设阻尼减震器法。文章根据力电类比原理,提出了可用电模拟试验法,可合理确定绳索作业所装设的阻尼减震参数。
In this paper, the theoretical calculation of longitudinal vibration displacement of downhole tools during rope operation is studied in depth and two theoretical formulas are proposed. The results show that the results are close to the measured data with a mass of 15 to 17%. The article puts forward two suggestions to improve the position accuracy of the downhole tools, namely adding a servo controlled variable displacement pump method and installing a damping damper method in a rope system. Based on the principle of force and electricity analogy, this paper presents a feasible electrical simulation test method, which can reasonably determine the damping and damping parameters of rope operation.
