为了解分体式家用空调器的实际动态特性,需要对空调器的动态工作过程进行仿真.提出的动态仿真模型,主要包括4个基本模块:压缩机、高压侧(包括压缩机壳体、冷凝器和输液管)、低压侧(包括蒸发器、吸气管和集液器)和毛细管.按照开机与停机过程的不同,对于高、低压侧的模型分别采用质量引导法与能量引导法.该模型能模拟包括开、停机瞬态过程,压缩机较长时间工作后及高、低压平衡后的完整的实际动态工作过程.计算结果表明,该模型适用于分体式家用空调器的快速动态模拟,计算值和实验数据吻合较好
In order to understand the actual dynamic characteristics of split household air conditioners, the dynamic working process of air conditioners needs to be simulated. The proposed dynamic simulation model mainly includes four basic modules: compressor, high pressure side (including compressor housing, condenser and infusion tube), low pressure side (including evaporator, suction tube and liquid trap) and capillary tube. According to the different starting and stopping processes, mass guidance method and energy guidance method are respectively used for the high and low pressure side models. The model can simulate the complete actual dynamic working process including open and shut-down transient process, compressor working for a long time and high and low pressure balance. The calculation results show that the model is suitable for fast dynamic simulation of split domestic air conditioners, and the calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental data
