目的建立工作场所空气中乙酰甲胺磷气相色谱测定标准方法。方法聚氨酯泡沫塑料采样管采集、溶剂解吸后,用毛细管色谱柱进行分离测定。结果聚氨酯泡沫塑料采样管穿透容量大于2.4mg,解吸效率大于90%,方法回收率为95.4%~100.5%,不同浓度的相对标准偏差为5.1%~7.4%,检出限0.31μg/ml。结论该方法适用于工作场所空气中乙酰甲胺磷的测定。
Objective To establish a standard method for the determination of acephate in workplace air by gas chromatography. Methods Polyurethane foam sampling tube collection, solvent desorption, capillary column for separation and determination. Results The permeation capacity of the polyurethane foam sampling tube was more than 2.4mg, the desorption efficiency was over 90%. The recoveries were 95.4% ~ 100.5%. The relative standard deviations of different concentrations were 5.1% ~ 7.4%. The detection limit was 0.31μg / ml. Conclusion This method is suitable for the determination of acephate in the workplace air.
