探讨白细胞浸润对碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (b FGF)诱导的角膜新生血管形成 (CNV)的作用。方法 :将不同剂量的b FGF- Hydron缓释小丸植入兔角膜基质层诱发 CNV,并作组织病理学定量观察。结果 :空白对照组及 b FGF5 0 0 ng组的角膜组织中仅少量白细胞浸润 ,二者无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。b FGF10 0 0 ng组存在明显的白细胞浸润 ,与前二者有极显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 :白细胞对 b FGF诱导 CNV可能起间接刺激作用。
To investigate the effect of leukocyte infiltration on corneal neovascularization (CNV) induced by basic fibroblast growth factor (b FGF). Methods: Different doses of bFGF-Hydron sustained-release pellets were implanted into rabbit corneal stroma to induce CNV and histopathological quantitative observation. Results: There was only a small amount of leukocyte infiltration in the corneal tissue of blank control group and b FGF-500 ng group, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). b FGF10 0 ng group had obvious leukocyte infiltration, which had a very significant difference with the former two (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Leukocytes may indirectly stimulate bFGF-induced CNV.
