试验以甜玉米东甜3号、东甜4号为材料,研究钾素用量对甜玉米穗位叶蔗糖形成积累的影响。结果表明,吐丝后穗位叶蔗糖含量呈逐渐下降趋势,两个品种均以施钾肥150kg/hm2处理蔗糖含量最高,不施钾肥最低;穗位叶蔗糖磷酸合成酶活性变化与蔗糖含量变化一致;蔗糖合成酶(合成)活性呈单峰曲线变化,峰值出现的时期因品种而异,不同钾肥处理间酶活性高低不同。
The experiment was conducted with sweet corn Dong Tian 3 and Dong Tian 4 as materials to study the effect of potassium on sucrose accumulation in sweet corn ear leaves. The results showed that the content of sucrose at the ear position after silk spinning decreased gradually. The content of sucrose in the two cultivars treated with 150 kg / hm2 of potassium fertilizer was the highest, and the content of potassium fertilizer was the lowest. The change of sucrose phosphate synthase activity in the ear leaves was consistent with that of sucrose ; Sucrose synthase (activity) showed a single peak curve changes, the period of peak appears to vary with different varieties, different levels of potassium fertilizer between different levels of enzyme activity.
