实践证实,钻井过程中的井壁不稳定大部分发生在泥页岩地层,引起泥页岩问题的原因有很多,主要是泥页岩的水化和在溶液中的分散问题。油基钻井液抑制性强、井壁稳定效果好,在泥页岩油气藏开发中得到了广泛应用,本文从油包水乳化钻井液的乳化稳定性、封堵性以及活度三个方面阐述各因素对井壁稳定的影响规律。
