目的:建立HPLC法测定如意金黄膏中姜黄素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:Agela promosil C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇—异丙醇—0.5%醋酸溶液(19:25:56);检测波长:430 nm;柱温:30℃;流速:0.6 ml/min。结果:姜黄素在0.0448~0.224μg(r=0.9995)范围内,峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系,回收率为98.84%(RSD=1.76%)。结论:方法简便、准确。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of curcumin in Ruyi golden yellow paste by HPLC. Method: Column: Agela promosil C18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: methanol-isopropanol-0.5% acetic acid (19:25:56); detection wavelength: 430 nm; Flow rate: 0.6 ml / min. Results: The peak area of curcumin was linear with the injection volume in the range of 0.0448-0.224μg (r = 0.9995). The recovery was 98.84% (RSD = 1.76%). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate.
