本文在新建立的填充柱和毛细管柱理论模型基础上,根据色谱柱理论板高度的定义,用矩方法获得了柱色谱理论板高度的通用表达式。当柱外效应可以略去时,从通用表达式可以导得填充柱的Van Deemter方程和毛细管柱的Golay方程。在色谱峰保留时间与半峰宽之间的线性关系近似成立的条件下,从通用的表达式可以导得某些常用的理论板高度的经验表达式,并赋予这些表达式中的常数以物理意义。
Based on the newly established theoretical model of packed column and capillary column, the general expression of the theoretical plate height of column chromatography was obtained by the method of moment according to the definition of column height. When extra-column effects can be omitted, the Van Deemter equation for the packed column and the Golay equation for the capillary column can be derived from the generalized expressions. Under the condition that the linear relationship between the peak retention time and the half width of the peak is approximately established, general expressions can lead to empirical expressions of some commonly used theoretical plate heights and give the constants in these expressions as physical significance.
