目的评估昆山市某电子级玻璃纤维厂扩建项目的可行性,完善职业病防治措施。方法使用类比法和检查表法对扩建项目进行职业病危害预评价。结果该项目投产后可能会产生玻璃纤维粉尘、矽尘、石灰石粉尘、高温、噪声等职业病危害因素,类比项目粉尘检测点合格率100%,噪声检测点合格率67%,高温检测点合格率100%;项目选址、总体布局、生产工艺、建筑物卫生学和职业病危害防护设施等基本符合国家有关要求。结论该建设项目属于职业病危害严重项目,从职业卫生角度考虑,该项目运行时的职业病危害是可以预防和控制的。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of an electronic grade glass fiber factory expansion project in Kunshan and improve occupational disease prevention and control measures. Methods Using analogy and checklist methods to pre-evaluate occupational hazards in the expansion project. Results The project put into operation may produce occupational hazards such as glass fiber dust, silica dust, limestone dust, high temperature and noise. The qualified rate of dust detection points of analog projects is 100%, the passing rate of noise detection points is 67% and the passing rate of high temperature detection points is 100 %; Project site selection, overall layout, production technology, building hygiene and occupational hazards protection facilities basically meet the relevant requirements of the state. Conclusion The construction project is a serious project of occupational hazards. From the point of view of occupational health, the occupational hazards in operation of this project can be prevented and controlled.
