目的:探讨经颅多普勒超声诊断急性脑梗塞早期血管病情况与CT的比较分析。方法:将我院2010年3月~2012年12月接收的符合早期急性脑梗塞条件的患者50例,给予TCD经颅多普勒组与CT对照组观察比较。结果:TCD检查血流速度、两侧(VACA)比值为异常率高于头颅CT表现分组TED,更早预测患者病情及预后。结论:TCD所见VACA与血管阻塞部位,梗塞面积都存在着一定的关系,它反映脑梗塞时软脑膜血管吻合侧枝循环的功能状况及有效程度,VACA可作为观察从ACA区到MCA区侧枝循环通路功能状况有价值的指标有助于判断病情及预后。
Objective: To investigate the comparative analysis of transcranial Doppler ultrasonography in early diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction and CT. Methods: 50 cases of patients with early acute cerebral infarction received from March 2010 to December 2012 in our hospital were observed and compared with TCD transcranial Doppler group and CT control group. Results: The rate of blood flow on both sides of TCD was higher than that of head CT, and the prognosis was predicted earlier. CONCLUSION: The VACA seen by TCD is related to the occlusion area and area of infarction. It reflects the functional status and effectiveness of collateral circulation of palsy in cerebral infarction. VACA can be used to observe the collateral circulation from ACA to MCA Valuable indicators of pathway function status help to determine the condition and prognosis.
