针对杜229块蒸汽吞吐开发后期暴露出的采油速度低、吞吐效果差、北部低效区储量有效动用难、产量递减快、采收率低等一系列开发矛盾,运用精细油藏管理理念,进行了精细油藏地质研究、区块剩余油分布规律研究和二次开发部署研究;并利用井间加密水平井、SAGD、蒸汽驱等二次开发技术进行了二次开发先导试验井组的试采,达到提高最终采收率、增加可采储量、延缓递减、实现区块稳产的目的。对区块下步转换开发方式及稳产起到了保障作用,对同类型油藏的二次开发具有重要的指导意义。
