眼眶骨折导致的眼眶畸形和眼球移位的矫正是眼科医生面临的棘手问题之一。近年来,在眼眶骨折的分类、眼 眶容积测量、眼眶修复材料的应用和眼眶骨折修复的计算机辅助设计等方面取得进展,提高了眼眶骨折的诊断和治疗水平。但 在鼻眶筛骨折的治疗、眼球运动障碍的矫正、眶内植入新材料的研制和计算机手术导航等方面仍有许多难题亟待攻克。
Orbital fractures caused by orbital deformity and eyeball correction of orthokeratology correction is one of the tricky problems. In recent years, progress has been made in the classification of orbital fractures, the measurement of orbital volume, the application of orbital prosthetic materials, and computer-aided design of repaired orbital fractures to improve the diagnosis and treatment of orbital fractures. However, there are still many problems to be solved in the treatment of nasion-orbital bone fracture, the correction of eye movement disorder, the development of new materials for orbital implantation, and the navigation of computerized surgery.
