目的 探讨不良饮食、生活习惯及精神心理因素与功能性消化不良的关系。方法 采用功能性消化不良危险因素调查表评定病人饮食、生活习惯及心理健康状况。包括采用焦虑自评量表 (SAS)和自评抑郁量表 (SDS)评定病人情绪状况。结果 功能性消化不良病人与非功能性消化不良人群相比存在明显的焦虑、抑郁心理 ,其发生率差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1) ,而不良的饮食、生活习惯的发生率在上述两者之间无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 功能性消化不良病人存在较重的焦虑、抑郁心理。
Objective To explore the relationship between poor diet, lifestyle and mental and psychological factors and functional dyspepsia. Methods A questionnaire of functional dyspepsia risk factors was used to assess the diet, lifestyle and mental health status of patients. Including the use of anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) to assess the patient’s emotional status. Results There was significant anxiety and depression in patients with functional dyspepsia compared with non-functional dyspepsia patients, the difference was significant (P <0.01), while the incidence of poor diet and lifestyle was higher in the above There was no significant difference between the two (P> 0.05). Conclusion Functional dyspepsia patients have severe anxiety and depression.
