目的:探讨口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中TGF-β1、Endogl(inCD105)的表达和临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化法检测TGF-β1、Endoglin在42例口腔鳞癌和14例正常口腔黏膜中的蛋白表达,分析与组织病理学分级以及TGF-β1和Endoglin的表达之间的关系。结果:TGF-β1在正常口腔黏膜和口腔鳞癌中均有表达,在口腔鳞癌中随癌的分化程度降低而表达增强。在低分化鳞癌中表达最高(48.94±11.01)。Endoglin在正常口腔黏膜中不表达,在口腔鳞癌组织中均可见表达,主要见于癌巢及其周围,其MVD值在低度分化鳞癌标本染色明显升高(16.73±3.63)。两者的表达在口腔鳞癌中呈显著正相关(r=0.648,p<0.01)。结论:TGF-β1、Endoglin在口腔鳞癌组织中呈过表达,可能在口腔鳞癌的发生发展过程中发挥一定作用,是反映预后的重要参考指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of TGF-β1 and Endogl (inCD105) in oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the protein expression of TGF-β1 and Endoglin in 42 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma and 14 cases of normal oral mucosa. The relationship between the expression of TGF-β1 and Endoglin and histopathological grade was analyzed. Results: The expression of TGF-β1 in both normal oral mucosa and oral squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that in oral squamous cell carcinoma. The expression was the highest in poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma (48.94 ± 11.01). Endoglin was not expressed in normal oral mucosa, but was expressed in oral squamous cell carcinoma tissues. The expression of Endoglin was mainly found in and around the cancer nests. The MVD value was significantly higher in poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma (16.73 ± 3.63). The expression of the two in oral squamous cell carcinoma was significantly correlated (r = 0.648, p <0.01). Conclusion: The expression of TGF-β1 and Endoglin in oral squamous cell carcinoma tissues may play an important role in the development of oral squamous cell carcinoma and is an important reference index reflecting the prognosis.
