魔芋软腐病是影响魔芋生产的重要病害,严重威胁着魔芋产业的发展。经筛选,采用高锰酸钾与甲醛熏蒸方法彻底杀灭种芋内、外病菌;草甘膦除草替代人工除草,避免根系损伤而减少病菌侵入;应用生防菌剂灌根处理来减少魔芋根际病菌基数等措施,可全方位立体防控魔芋软腐病。该技术体系的建立,初步解决了魔芋生产中软腐病害的威胁。
