为了进一步降低超纯水出水的TOC,丰富行业产品,降低仪器价格,从工艺优化的角度考虑,重新设计超纯水一体化净水测试系统,并进行试验,结果表明:地下水依次经两级反渗透、阴柱、预纯化柱、14 W杀菌紫外灯、活性炭、21 W降TOC紫外灯、超纯化柱、瑞朗60 W紫外灯后出水TOC含量最低,降到了3.5ppb左右。由此确定了以UV(紫外灯)为主的降低出水TOC的超纯水一体化智能系统工艺。
In order to further reduce the TOC of ultrapure water, enrich industrial products and reduce the price of instruments, we redesigned the ultrapure water integrated water purification test system from the perspective of process optimization. The results showed that: The TOC content of the effluent was the lowest, dropping to about 3.5 ppb after permeation, column chromatography, prepurification column, 14 W germicidal UV lamp, activated carbon, 21 W down TOC UV lamp, ultrapure column and Swiss 60 W UV lamp. From this, we determined the ultra-pure water integrated intelligent system technology that mainly used UV (ultraviolet lamp) to reduce the effluent TOC.
