反应器是实现反应过程的设备,通常可以分为管式反应器、流化床反应器、塔式反应器、釜式反应器和固定床反应器。反应器在化工厂中处于核心地位,布置设计的合理性显得非常重要。本文结合几个典型的甲醇、煤气化、异辛烷、PVC项目,探讨了大型立式反应器的布置原则,如布置位置、空间要求以及设备支撑等,借此希望对今后类似反应器的布置设计提供一定的借鉴。
Reactor is a device to realize the reaction process, which can be divided into tubular reactor, fluidized bed reactor, tower reactor, tank reactor and fixed bed reactor. Reactor at the core of the chemical plant, layout design is very important rationality. In this paper, several typical methanol, coal gasification, isooctane and PVC projects are discussed in this paper to discuss the layout principles of large vertical reactors, such as layout location, space requirements and equipment support, Design to provide some reference.
