目的:探讨红细胞天然免疫物质Ⅰ型补体受体(ECRⅠ)、C3b受体花环率(RBC-C3bRR)、红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC-ICR)与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)发病的关系。方法:选择重度OS-AHS住院患者54例,测定术前及术后ECR、RBC-C3bRR、RBC-ICR,并以同龄健康者20例作为对照,以此评价OSAHS患者对红细胞免疫功能的影响。结果:重度OSAHS患者AHI高于对照组(P<0.01),LSaO2低于对照组(均P<0.01);RBC-C3bRR、ECRⅠ均低于对照组,RBC-1CR高于对照组(均P<0.01)。术后各项指标较术前均有明显变化(均P<0.01)。结论:OSAHS患者红细胞免疫功能呈下降趋势,手术治疗可缓解OSAHS患者的红细胞免疫功能下降。
Objective: To investigate the expression of erythrocyte innate immunity substance type Ⅰ complement receptor (ECRⅠ), C3b receptor rosette rate (RBC-C3bRR), erythrocyte immune complex rosette rate (RBC-ICR) and obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome ) The incidence of the relationship. Methods: Fifty-four patients with OS-AHS were enrolled in this study. ECR, RBC-C3bRR and RBC-ICR were measured preoperatively and postoperatively. Twenty patients with the same age were selected as control group to evaluate the effect of OSAHS on erythrocyte immune function. Results: AHI in patients with severe OSAHS was higher than that in control group (P <0.01), LSaO2 was lower than that in control group (all P <0.01); RBC-C3bRR and ECRⅠwere lower than those in control group 0.01). The postoperative indicators were significantly changed compared with those before operation (all P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The immune function of erythrocytes in OSAHS patients shows a decreasing trend. Surgical treatment can reduce the decline of erythrocyte immune function in OSAHS patients.
