目的:介绍国外常用的药动学/药效学(PK/PD)分析软件,为药理学研究提供参考。方法:在Web of Science数据库中,以“PK/PD”分别与“software”“program”“procedure”组合作为主题词,检索自1986年建库以来到2013年11月29日的所有相关文献,筛选其中与PK/PD分析程序相关的有效文献,并结合软件产品的介绍对目前常用的PK/PD分析软件及其特点进行归纳总结。结果与结论:共检索文献321条,筛选得到有效文献9条。PK/PD分析常用的软件有NONMEN、Phoenix、S-ADAPT、PDx-MC-PEM、MONOLIX、Win BUGS等,其核心算法包括一级评估法、一级条件评估法、非参数法等。其中NONMEN可进行群体PK/PD分析,价格相对便宜;Phoenix可进行群体PK和群体PK/PD分析,但价格昂贵;S-ADAPT整体功能可与NONMEN媲美,但对算法要求较高;PDx-MC-PEM和MONOLIX应用范围相对较窄;Win BUGS是统计分析的通用软件。笔者推荐使用Phoenix软件,如果经费有限可考虑NONMEN和S-ADAPT软件。
OBJECTIVE: To introduce the commonly used pharmacokinetics / pharmacodynamics (PK / PD) analysis software abroad to provide a reference for pharmacological research. Methods: In the Web of Science database, the key words were “PK / PD” and “software ” “program ” “procedure ” respectively. And all the relevant articles on the 29th of December, screened the effective documents related to the PK / PD analysis program and summarized the commonly used PK / PD analysis software and its characteristics with the introduction of software products. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: A total of 321 articles were retrieved and 9 valid documents were screened out. PK / PD analysis commonly used software NONMEN, Phoenix, S-ADAPT, PDx-MC-PEM, MONOLIX, Win BUGS, etc. The core algorithms include a level assessment method, a condition assessment method, nonparametric method. Among them, NONMEN can perform population PK / PD analysis at a relatively cheap price. Phoenix can perform population PK and population PK / PD analysis, but it is expensive; the overall function of S-ADAPT is comparable with that of NONMEN, but the algorithm is more demanding; PDx-MC -PEM and MONOLIX relatively narrow range of applications; Win BUGS statistical analysis of common software. I recommend the use of Phoenix software, if the funding is limited to consider NONMEN and S-ADAPT software.
