基于U-S实践模式的“伙伴学校”基地的幼儿教师培养模式可以避免理论和实践脱节的传统教师培养弊病。在“伙伴学校”U-S实践中,幼儿教师专业道德建设才更有现实建构性和实践意义。专业道德建设是以修身意识、事业心、使命感、社会责任感、人生理想和价值观作为基础的,其内涵主要包括责任意识、仁爱之心、敬畏之心、理性之义。
Based on U-S practice model “partner school ” base preschool teacher training mode can avoid the theoretical and practice of the traditional teachers out of touch to train ills. In the “partner school ” U-S practice, preschool teachers professional ethics construction is more realistic constructive and practical significance. Professional morality construction is based on self-cultivation awareness, professionalism, sense of mission, social responsibility, ideal of life and values. Its connotation mainly includes the sense of responsibility, the heart of love, the heart of awe and the meaning of reason.
