基于大蒜的不规则外形、考虑人工种植大蒜的劳动强度大等问题,在对蒜瓣进行结构研究及外形测量基础上,对比国内外排种器结构,设计了一种机械化单粒排种装置,确定了转桶式排种器的参数及结构型式,并对转桶式排种器进行了试验,有效保证了蒜瓣的单粒排种。扇形开合式结构的应用有效避免了蒜瓣的损伤及掉落。
Based on the irregular appearance of garlic and considering the labor intensity of artificial garlic cultivation, based on the structural study and contour measurement of garlic clove, a mechanized single seed metering device was designed to determine The parameters and structure type of barrels-type seeding device were tested. The experiment of barrel-type seed metering device was carried out, which effectively guaranteed the single-seed rowing of garlic cloves. The application of fan-shaped opening and closing structure effectively avoids the damage and drop of the garlic clove.
