目的:对金丝桃不同部位提取物的清除活性氧活性进行了实验研究。方法:用化学发光法研究了金丝桃提取物对 O2、H2O2的清除作用;用分光光度法研究了提取物对·OH的清除作用以及对H2O2引起红细胞损伤和由Fe2+-Vit C引起线粒体膨胀的保护作用。结果:金丝桃提取物能有效地清除O2、H2O2和·OH,对H2O2引起的红细胞损伤有一定的保护作用,同时能抑制由Fe2+-Vit C引起的线粒体膨胀。结论:金丝桃提取物有良好的清除活性氧活性。
OBJECTIVE: To study the scavenging activity of reactive oxygen species in different parts of Hypericum. Methods: The scavenging effect of hypericum extract on O2 and H2O2 was studied by chemiluminescence. The scavenging effect of extracts on OH and the damage of red blood cells caused by H2O2 and mitochondrial swelling caused by Fe2+-Vit C were studied by spectrophotometry. Protection. Results: Hypericum extract could effectively remove O2, H2O2 and OH, and it had a protective effect on H2O2-induced erythrocyte damage. At the same time, it inhibited mitochondrial swelling caused by Fe2+-Vit C. Conclusion: Hypericum extract has a good scavenging activity of reactive oxygen species.
