《党政机关公文处理工作条例》(以下简称《条例》)规定,公文标题由发文机关名称、事由和文种组成。文种是公文标题中不可缺少的要素。《条例》规定起草公文应当做到“文种正确”。正确选用文种,对于维护党政机关公文工作的严肃性、权威性,保证受文者准确理解发文者的意图,及时有效处理公文有着重要意义。本文试例举一些文种使用中的常见错误,并作粗浅分析。
The Regulations on the Handling of Official Documents of the Party and Government Offices (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) stipulate that the official title of the official document consists of the name, subject matter and language of the issuing authority. Language is an indispensable element in the official document title. The “Regulations” stipulated that the drafting of official documents should be “correct”. Correct choice of languages is of great significance to maintaining the seriousness and authority of official documents in party and government organs, ensuring the accuracy of the author’s understanding of the author’s intentions, and handling documents in a timely and effective manner. This article tries to cite some common mistakes in the use of language, and make a superficial analysis.
