我国石油炼厂较多,炼厂中产生的干气量数量大,炼厂干气回收经济效益高。随着炼油技术的发展,炼厂干气的利用主要是从干气中分离原料气、直接利用原料气制备化学产品。本文主要阐述了干气中回收原料气的5种成熟技术,绘制了原理示意图,并比较了各类技术的优缺点,最后提出干气回收技术的发展趋势及建议。
There are many petroleum refineries in our country, the quantity of dry gas produced in the refinery is large, and the economic benefits of the refinery dry gas recovery are high. With the development of refinery technology, the utilization of refinery dry gas mainly separates the feed gas from dry gas and directly uses the feed gas to prepare chemical products. This paper mainly elaborates five kinds of mature technologies for recovering feed gas in dry gas, draws a schematic diagram of the principle and compares the advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of technologies. Finally, it puts forward the development trend and suggestions of dry gas recovery technology.
