对48例服棉酚者睾丸活检组织进行了常规组织学及免疫组织学研究,电镜下可见除生精细胞形态发生明显改变外,还发现多种异常的曲细精管基膜结构,如接膜增厚、分层、断裂,出现大泡样颗粒和异常膜样结构及电子致密颗粒沉积等现象,免疫组织学检测见26例标本有免疫复合物沉积。另外,部分服药者睾丸组织中可见肥大细胞数目明显增多。最后,对服棉酚后产生不可逆性生精障碍的原因及其可能机制进行了讨论。
