Medical workers are at the forefront of the AIDS epidemic prevention and control, and their attitudes have greatly affected the willingness of HIV / AIDS patients to go to medical institutions for laboratory tests. Many domestic and foreign literatures say that there is a widespread stigma and discrimination against HIV-infected people / patients (HIV / AIDS population) among medical workers. Most domestic literatures use qualitative analysis methods to investigate the stigma and discriminatory attitudes they have experienced and felt by medical staff from the perspective of patients. This study will use quantitative analysis methods to investigate medical workers in Nanchang, understand their subjective attitudes and ideas, and analyze the influencing factors. Finally, I hope that through this study, we can provide some policy suggestions to local medical institutions and government to create a harmonious environment for patients and medical workers.
