目的比较脐带血细胞与健康成人外周血细胞天然免疫功能的差异。方法测定脐带血细胞的天然免疫黏附肿瘤细胞能力变化的指标,并与正常对照组作比较分析。结果比较21例脐带血红细胞、粒细胞、淋巴细胞的天然免疫功能(分别为40_36±27.51,13.48±8.91,14.23±8.84)较正常对照组(65.33±18.51,23.10±10.78,24.38±8.19)明显下降(P<0.01)。三系细胞之间天然免疫功能的变化只有健康人的粒细胞与淋巴细胞天然免疫功能有正相关,脐带血三系细胞之间及健康人外周血红细胞与粒细胞和红细胞与淋巴细胞之间皆没有相关性。结论脐带血天然免疫功能较健康人天然免疫功能低,为了解脐带血免疫功能的变化规律及临床治疗提供依据。
Objective To compare the differences of natural immune function between cord blood cells and healthy adult peripheral blood cells. Methods The indexes of the ability of naive cord blood cells to adhere to the innate immune cells were measured and compared with the normal control group. Results The natural immune function of cord blood erythrocytes, granulocytes and lymphocytes in 21 cases was significantly higher than that in the control group (40.36 ± 27.51, 13.48 ± 8.91, 14.23 ± 8.84, respectively) (65.33 ± 18.51,23.10 ± 10.78,24.38 ± 8.19) Decreased (P <0.01).
