利用SolidWorks建立智能穿梭堆码机器人的三维实体模型,导入ANSYS软件对堆垛机进行分析,采用有限元法建立结构的静力学模型,进行简化与有限元网格划分。按照堆垛机的满载情况完成载荷的边界条件的加载,并用有限元结构性能分析的方法模拟获取了堆码机器人不同构件的应力分布数据和变形结果,从而计算出壳体满足强度要求的最大应力和变形量,为进一步探讨智能穿梭机器人的结构强度和优化设计提供了支撑。
Using SolidWorks to establish a three-dimensional solid model of intelligent shuttle stacking robot, the software was imported into ANSYS to analyze the stacker. The static model of the structure was established by using finite element method to simplify and mesh the finite element mesh. According to the loading condition of the stacker, the loading conditions of the boundary conditions were fulfilled. The stress distribution data and deformation results of different components of the stack robot were simulated by finite element structural performance analysis to calculate the maximum stress of the shell to meet the strength requirements And the amount of deformation, in order to further explore the structural strength of intelligent shuttle robot and optimize the design provides the support.
