高校体育课程性质以结合学生个体身心健康锻炼作为基础动机指标为主,不论是教学活动或是教材内容都深刻阐述了素质教育存在意义。所以,针对大学体育素质化教育活动做出相应改革手段,就是透过学生体质健康结果进行学习目标确立,进而开创丰富训练项目结构,令单位学生透过身体锻炼与情感交流获得素质提升,规避今后发展道路上任何瓶颈限制因素的滋生结果。
The nature of physical education curriculum in colleges and universities combines the individual physical and mental health exercises of students as the basis of motivation indicators.
