本文以提高柴油机燃油喷射过程模拟计算精度为目的,首次采用特征线为曲线的精确数值计算法来求解高压油管的压力波动方程。利用此精确算法,判明了比值u((?)u)/((?)x))/(((?)u)/((?)t)随油泵工作转速提高而大幅度增加,指出在高速、高喷射率工况下求解波动方程时,不应忽略u((?)u)/((?)x))项。对比不同算法的模拟计算结果和实验值可以证实,利用曲线特征线的求解方法,可以使喷射过程的模拟计算结果与实际情况更为接近。
In order to improve the simulation precision of diesel fuel injection process, this paper firstly used the exact numerical method of characteristic curve to solve the pressure fluctuation equation of high pressure tubing. Using this exact algorithm, it is found that the ratio u ((?) U) / ((?) X)) / ((?) U) / ((?) T) increases significantly with the increase of the working speed of the oil pump, U ((?) U) / ((?) X)) term should not be neglected in solving the wave equation under high speed and high injection rate. Comparing the simulation results with the experimental results of different algorithms, we can confirm that using the solution of the curve characteristic line can make the simulation results of injection process closer to the actual situation.
