肝脏的炎性假瘤(IPL)是一种较少见且病因不明的非特异性炎性病变。近年来其发病率有增高的趋势[1]。本文通过对我院2002～2007年发现的9例炎性假瘤患者的CT表现,与病理对照,总结分析其影像表现,以提高炎性假瘤的诊断准确率。1资料与方法1.1一般资料回顾分析我院9例炎性假瘤患者
Inflammatory pseudotumor (IPL) in the liver is a less common and nonspecific inflammatory disease of unknown etiology. In recent years, its incidence has increased trend [1].
