目的研究千金子制霜前后提取物对正常大鼠肠道菌群的影响,为进一步阐明千金子制霜减毒机制提供参考。方法大鼠ig高、中、低剂量的千金子生品和霜品提取物,采用平板菌落计数法考察千金子制霜前后大鼠粪便中4类代表性肠道菌群双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、大肠杆菌、肠球菌的数量变化。结果平板菌落计数实验结果表明,ig千金子生品与霜品提取物后大鼠出现菌群失调现象,且千金子霜品较生品引起的菌群紊乱程度低,在低剂量给药时可使条件致病菌肠球菌和大肠杆菌的数量减少。结论千金子制霜前后提取物均会影响肠道菌群的生物多样性,影响肠道菌群平衡,且千金子制霜后对4类肠道菌群的作用减弱,引起肠道菌群紊乱程度减小,这与千金子霜品泻下作用缓和的研究结果相一致,表明从肠道微生态角度考察千金子制霜前后对肠道菌群的干预作用,可揭示制霜与肠道菌群数量变化可能存在相关性。
Objective To study the effects of extracts of Pre-and Post-frost on intestinal microflora in normal rats, and to provide references for further elucidating the mechanism of mildew frost-reducing.
