社会网络在个人职业地位获得过程中提供两种重要资源:信息和人情。人情是一个复杂概念,文章通过对求职者求职过程的分析,证明人情有两种作用机制,一类是按照“给予—回报”运作的社会机制,我们称为资源贷记,一类是按照“投资—收益”运作的经济机制,我们称为资源交换。两类机制对于职业地位获得均有显著影响,但是随着年代变化,人们对于两类机制的选择却呈现出不同的趋势:资源交换的作用随市场发展逐步衰弱,资源贷记的作用始终显著,且有逐步增强的趋势。
Social networks provide two important resources in the acquisition of a person’s professional status: information and human resources. Human relations is a complex concept. Through the analysis of job seekers’ employment process, the article proves that human beings have two mechanisms of action. One is the social mechanism operated by “give - return ”, which we call resource credit, and the other is In accordance with “investment - income ” economic mechanism of operation, we call exchange of resources. Both types of mechanisms have a significant impact on the acquisition of occupational status, but as the years change, the choices of the two types of mechanisms show different trends: the role of resource exchange is gradually weakened with the development of the market, and the role of resource credit is always significant. And there is a gradual increase in the trend.
