我厂氧气生产系采用分馏空气工艺,150立方米/时全套制氧设备大部分是五十年代的产品,全厂氧气年用量约36万立方米。一九七九年转产电力机车以来,工厂氧气用量减少致使成本较高。自推行全面质量管理以来,制氧小组围绕着提高氧气纯度和降低消耗这个目标,先后改革了间断制氧操作工艺,把停机保压的具体规定纳入操作标准;改善氧压机及连接管道状态,使出塔与装瓶氧气纯度差控制在0.12~0.15%范围内,通过采取上述措施使氧气瓶内的氧气纯度稳定
