针对山区公路路线方案影响因素繁多且关系复杂的特点,提出一种山区公路路线方案综合评判模型。首先,分析并总结影响路线方案的各项指标及其相互关系,选取能反映方案最全面信息的指标构建指标框架分析图,运用层次分析法确定影响路线方案评价指标的权重系数;然后,基于以上各影响因素及其权重,构建AHP-TOPSIS山区公路路线方案综合评判模型,利用逼近理想解的排序法对各方案进行计算,得出各方案综合优越度;最后,基于上述评判过程,对龙永高速龙山连接线望乡台~绿红坡段4个方案进行评价,所得结果与模糊评判法、灰色关联评价法的评判结果基本相符,表明该评判模型应用到路线方案优选中具有工程的可行性和有效性。
