例1:张某某,女,48岁。住院号5948。患者头部外伤后而致眩晕,视物倾倒,头痛等,经当地医院用理气补血之中药夏西药治疗未效,于1989年7月20日来我院就诊。证见眩晕头痛,视物倾倒,失眠,记忆力减退,纳差,口干苦,便结,尿黄,全身无力,舌红、边有小淤点、苔薄黄,脉弦涩。辨为淤血留滞,肝气郁结。投以通窍活血汤加减:桃仁赤芍白芷 Example 1: Zhang Mou, female, 48 years old.
