随着我国社会经济的不断发展,桥梁建设越来越多。但是,大量现役桥梁的调查和检测结果表明,梁体内不能建立与设计相符的、准确的预应力,将会导致梁体开裂、下挠、破坏,直接,影响桥梁结构安全和长期使用寿命,甚至出现垮塌,而这种质量的隐患来源于预应力张拉施工过程的不规范和缺乏有效的质量控制技术手段。智能张拉技术凭借计算机的高精度和高稳定性,能有效排除人为因素干扰,确保预应力张拉施工质量,推进精细化施工,是现行技术条件下保证桥梁结构的设计预应力度,保证桥梁预应力结构的安全性和耐久性的有效途径。本文探讨了预应力智能张拉法的施工工法特点和施工工艺流程,并提出了施工中的相应质量保障措施,以达到预应力智能张拉法的实际效果。
