目的:研究太白山地区美丽芍药Paeonia mairei的化学成分,为其药理研究与作用机制提供依据。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、重结晶等方法分离纯化化合物,并通过化合物的理化性质和波谱分析鉴定其结构。结果:从美丽芍药中分离得到8个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(1),齐墩果酸(2),常春藤皂苷元(3),胡萝卜苷(4),大黄酚(5),苯甲酸(6),没食子酸(7),没食子酸乙酯(8)。结论:化合物5为从该属植物中首次分离得到,其余化合物均为首次从该植物中得到。 OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of Paeonia mairei in Taibai Mountain, and to provide basis for its pharmacological research and mechanism. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column and recrystallization. Their structures were elucidated by physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. Results: Eight compounds were isolated from Pistacia chinensis. They were β-sitosterol (1), oleanolic acid (2), hematogen saponins (3), daucosterol (4), chrysophanol Benzoic acid (6), Gallic acid (7), Ethyl gallate (8). Conclusion: Compound 5 was isolated from this genus for the first time, and the rest of the compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
