目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)及其受体VEGFR-3和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在人宫颈癌组织中的表达及其与宫颈癌侵袭、转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测11例正常宫颈组织、19例CIN组织、47例宫颈癌组织中的VEGF-C、VEGFR-3和MMP-2的表达,分析表达结果与病理特征的关系。结果:VEGF-C、VEGFR-3和MMP-2在正常宫颈组织、CIN组织及宫颈癌组织中的表达依次增高(P<0.05);伴盆腔淋巴结转移组VEGF-C、VEGFR-3和MMP-2的表达较无淋巴结转移组明显升高(P<0.05);浸润宫颈深度≥1/2组VEGF-C、VEGFR-3和MMP-2的表达明显高于浸润宫颈深度<1/2组(P<0.05)。结论:VEGF-C、VEGFR-3和MMP-2蛋白的异常表达在宫颈癌发生发展及侵袭、转移过程中起重要作用,联合检测这些指标有助于预测宫颈癌组织的侵袭和转移。
Objective: To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor C (VEGF-C) and its receptors VEGFR-3 and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in human cervical carcinoma and their relationship with the invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer. Methods: The expressions of VEGF-C, VEGFR-3 and MMP-2 in 11 cases of normal cervical tissue, 19 cases of CIN and 47 cases of cervical cancer were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The relationship between the expression and pathological features was analyzed. Results: The expressions of VEGF-C, VEGFR-3 and MMP-2 in normal cervical tissues, CIN tissues and cervical cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in normal cervical tissues (P <0.05) 2 were significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The expressions of VEGF-C, VEGFR-3 and MMP-2 in infiltrating cervical lesions ≥1 / 2 were significantly higher than those in infiltrating cervical < P <0.05). Conclusion: The abnormal expression of VEGF-C, VEGFR-3 and MMP-2 plays an important role in the development, invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer. Combined detection of these indexes is helpful to predict the invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer.
