实验,对于高等学校培养物理等学科的合格人才,是至关重要的。但由于长期以来形成的重科研、轻教学,重理论、轻实验的观念尚未很好克服,直到现在还影响着从事实验教学的部分同志安心本职工作。然而,南开大学物理系实验物理教研室的同志们却不斤斤计较个人得失,明知搞实验要有牺牲精神,甘为“人梯”,一心扑在本职工作上。这样的好集体好同志在其他学校也是有一批的。对于他们,我们理应给予敬佩和赞颂。 Experiments are crucial for colleges and universities to develop qualified personnel in physics and other disciplines. However, due to the long-established concepts of emphasis on scientific research, light teaching, theory of criticism and light experiment, it has not yet been overcome very well. Until now, some comrades engaged in experimental teaching have reassured themselves of their own work. However, comrades from the Experimental Physics Department of Nankai University Department of Physics did not preoccupy personal gains and losses, knowing that experiments should be sacrificed, willing to “ladder”, bent on their own work. Such good collective good comrades are also among other schools. For them, we deserve to be admired and praised.
