现有煤矿软岩巷道支护成本高,工艺复杂,为提高煤矿软岩巷道的支护效率,本文提出钢管混凝土拱架结构的支护形式。建立了钢管混凝土拱架结构一般形式的荷载-结构模型并进行力学分析,视钢管混凝土拱架结构受力形式为偏心受压,用弹性中心法计算其截面内力,并采用钢管混凝土偏压长柱的承载力进行验算。通过试验段巷道现场测试,结果表明:钢管混凝土拱架支护在承载力方面符合软岩巷道围岩荷载的要求;与型钢拱架相比,钢管混凝土拱架支护成本要低于前者,并且其制作简单易行;在与应用型钢拱架支护的原巷道比较发现,钢管混凝土拱架支护试验段在后期巷道收敛变形监测中,收敛量较小,所得到的支护效果优于型钢拱架支护。
