Objective Acute stroke, often complicated by electrolyte imbalance, further aggravate the damage of brain tissue, serious life-threatening. To summarize and analyze the changes of electrolytes in patients with acute cerebrovascular diseases so as to guide the clinical work. Methods Patients within 72 hours after admission, venous blood drawn for electrolyte examination, the electrolyte changes in the situation statistics, analysis. Results The main changes of electrolyte in 600 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease were 231 patients with low sodium, accounting for 38.8%; 206 patients with low potassium, accounting for 34.3%; 128 patients with low chlorine, accounting for 21.4%; 96 patients with low magnesium , Accounting for 16%; low calcium in 84 cases, accounting for 14%. Conclusion The incidence of electrolyte imbalance in acute stroke is higher, with more sodium and hypokalemia. Electrolyte disturbance of acute cerebrovascular disease prominent, to understand its electrolyte changes, to give reasonable treatment in clinical work is extremely important.
