目的:建立山绿茶药材的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法鉴别山绿茶药材中芦丁;采用HPLC法测定山绿茶药材中绿原酸与芦丁的含量。结果:TLC鉴别芦丁斑点清晰,绿原酸进样量在0.01082-0.8656μg之间与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=1.000,平均回收率为96.53%,RSD为1.41%。芦丁进样量在0.02028-1.6224μg之间与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率为99.15%,RSD为2.00%。结论:所建立的质量控制方法灵敏,简便,重现性好,可用于山绿茶药材的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of mountain green tea medicinal materials. Methods: TLC method was used to identify rutin in mountain green tea; HPLC was used to determine the content of chlorogenic acid and rutin in mountain green tea. Results: The spot of rutin identified by TLC was clear. The injection volume of chlorogenic acid showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.01082-0.8656μg, r = 1.000, the average recovery was 96.53% and the RSD was 1.41%. Rutin injection showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.02028-1.6224 μg, r = 0.9997, with an average recovery of 99.15% and a RSD of 2.00%. Conclusion: The established quality control method is sensitive, simple and reproducible, and can be used for quality control of mountain green tea medicinal materials.
