通过对大庆合北油田含油污水深度处理站双向过滤控制系统的综合分析,建立了该系统的数学模型,并给出了相应的智能控制方案。该方案克服了以前控制方法中在保持率速比不变的情况下,不能同时保证流量最大和流量平均分配的缺陷。经实践证明,可满足实际工艺要求。
Through the comprehensive analysis of bi-directional filtration control system of Daqing Hebei oilfield deep treatment station, the mathematical model of the system is established and the corresponding intelligent control scheme is given. The scheme overcomes the defect that the former control method can not ensure the maximum flow rate and the average flow rate at the same time when the speed ratio remains unchanged. Proved by practice, to meet the actual process requirements.
