对阿尔采默氏病(Alzheimer Disease,AD)的可能危险因素进行了病例对照研究。126例临床确诊为 AD的病例,实施1:2匹配,以年龄、性别、民族、居住区为匹配条件的252名非痴呆者作为对照。发现与AD发生有明显关联的因素有:一级亲属痴呆家族史,一级亲属重性精神病家族史;病前兴趣狭窄以及一生中经历的重大生活事件。未发现Down氏症家族史及脑外伤史或过敏性疾病等与AD发生有明显关联。
A case-control study of possible risk factors for Alzheimer’s disease (AD) was performed. 126 cases of clinically diagnosed as AD, the implementation of a 1: 2 matching, with age, gender, ethnicity, residential area for the matching conditions of 252 non-demented as a control. The factors associated with the occurrence of AD were found to be: family history of dementia in first-degree relatives, family history of first-degree relatives with severe psychosis, narrow interest in pre-illness, and major life events experienced during their lifetime. No family history of Down’s syndrome, history of traumatic brain injury or allergic diseases were found to be associated with AD.
