目的 研究儿童急性特发性血小板减少性紫癜 (ITP)患儿血淋巴细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白和补体的动态变化的临床意义。方法 采用免疫荧光法和三色比浊法测定 32例急性ITP患儿急性期、恢复期和 2 0例正常儿童的血淋巴细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白和补体的变化。结果 急性ITP患儿血CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8值急性期明显低于恢复期和正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,CD8、CD19、CD16 + 5 6明显高于恢复期和正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,IgG、IgM、C3、C4明显高于恢复期和正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,恢复期和正常对照组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,IgA无明显变化(P >0 .0 5 )。结论 细胞免疫、体液免疫和补体均参与儿童急性ITP的发病过程
Objective To study the clinical significance of the dynamic changes of blood lymphocyte subsets, immunoglobulins and complement in children with acute idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). Methods The changes of blood lymphocyte subsets, immunoglobulins and complement in 32 children with acute ITP were detected by immunofluorescence and trichromatometry turbidimetry in acute, convalescent and 20 normal children. Results The acute phase of blood CD3, CD4 and CD4 / CD8 in children with acute ITP was significantly lower than that in the recovery and normal controls (P <0.01), and the levels of CD8, CD19 and CD16 + 56 were significantly higher than those in the recovery and normal controls (P <0.01), and IgG, IgM, C3 and C4 were significantly higher than those in recovery and normal control group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between recovery group and normal control group (P> 0 01) .0 5), IgA had no significant change (P> 0.05). Conclusions Cellular immunity, humoral immunity and complement are involved in the pathogenesis of acute ITP in children
