本文报道43例甲状腺机能亢进性心脏病(简称甲亢心病)临床资料和15例随访结果,讨论了甲亢心病的发病因素、诊断标准和与弧立性房颤、冠心病和心肌病的鉴别诊断问题。在未普遍开展冠状动脉造影的情况下,有时老年甲亢心病与冠心病的诊断是困难的。
This article reports the clinical data of 43 cases of hyperthyroid heart disease (referred to as hyperthyroidism heart disease) and 15 cases of follow-up results to discuss the incidence of hyperthyroidism heart disease, diagnostic criteria and the differential diagnosis of arcuate atrial fibrillation, coronary heart disease and cardiomyopathy . In the absence of general coronary angiography, sometimes elderly hyperthyroidism and coronary heart disease diagnosis is difficult.
