不锈钢与铜氧-乙炔钎焊时,由于它们的熔点、膨胀系数、导热系数存在很大差别,所以要想把它们焊到一起是比较困难的。为要顺利地施焊,除了采取合理的工艺措施外,还要选择合适的熔剂。氧-乙炔钎焊常用的熔剂多为硼砂或硼砂+硼酸。但在焊不锈钢与铜接头时,这种材料收效甚微。在生产实践中,试用了钎剂101作熔剂,取得了预期效果。钎剂101的特点是,它能有效地清除不锈钢加热时所产生的高熔点的氧化铬;而且它的流布性与渗透性都极佳,是一种理想的助熔剂。
