在混合硝酸酯NG/BTTN(DEGN)=1和溶棉比NG+BTTN(DEGN/NC+PEG=3.5~4.0的少烟复合改性双基推进剂配方中,选择聚乙二醇(PEG)预聚物取代部分NC,研究了其含量和分子量变化对力学性能的影响。发现当PEG含量为4%,NC为7%时,在两种混合增塑剂中都可使-40℃下最大延伸率超过40%。从溶涨实验中观察到,随着配方中PEG含量增加,尽管[NCO]/[OH]值也增加,但相对交联点密度降低,因而改善了力学性能。
Polyethylene glycol (PEG) was chosen as the least smoke modified double base propellant formulation with mixed NG / BTTN (DEGN) = 1 and NG / BTTN (DEGN / NC + PEG = 3.5-4.0) Part of the NC was replaced by the prepolymer, and the effect of its content and molecular weight on the mechanical properties was studied.
