对高品位硫化铜精矿氧化沸腾焙砂进行了还原熔炼实验研究,首先将硫化铜精矿在沸腾炉中进行氧化焙烧,然后将焙砂在添加炭质还原剂及石英、氧化钙等条件下进行还原熔炼。实验结果表明,该硫化铜精矿在850℃,氧化焙烧2 h得到的氧化焙砂,在1 350℃下还原熔炼20 min可得到熔炼产品粗铜,自熔渣熔炼时,粗铜品位为88%~95%,铜直收率为96%~98%;加石英熔炼时,粗铜品位为95%左右,铜直收率为97%左右;加Ca O熔炼时,Ca O 4%~9%,粗铜品位为95%~97%,铜直收率为93%~96%。
